tlanta based Americana duo, The Ormewoods, whose music is described as "sexy, folk, pop, country" release their debut album "Delaware Avenue" on Friday, July 2, 2016 at Eddie's Attic.

The album, named after a street in Ormewood Park, the neighborhood where both Claire Pearson and two time Grammy award winner Don McCollister live, details their budding love story.

The duo chose to record most of the album in Claire's bedroom (on Delaware Ave.) and affectionately refer to the project as #thebedroomsessions.

Their song "Year of Mercy" was a runner-up in the 2016 International Songwriting Competition in the category of folk.
