Clients who finish building their home in the community can choose one of two special offers for their garden landscape, valued at more than $5000.

This is largely due to the trust clients put into the developer. To give back to these loyal patrons, Modeina is offering buyers a great landscape offer worth at least $5000.

As an incentive to clients who contribute to the creation of vibrant streetscapes throughout their community, Modeina is offering (Option 1) to install a client’s front garden once their house has been completed. Homeowners who buy land for sale in the community will get to choose their favourite from 8 front garden designs created by one of Melbourne’s leading landscape architects and the company will install the garden. The gardens feature designs that suit both standard and corner lots, and can be tailored to suit the client’s specific lot orientation, house set-back, and house plan.

(Option 2) Clients can also do their gardens themselves and get a $5000 rebate in exchange. (A) Homeowners can choose from the 8 garden designs and install the garden themselves, or work with a qualified landscape contractor to install their garden of choice; or

(B) Provide an alternative plan designed and prepared by a qualified professional. The design plan has to be approved by the Design Review Board (DRB) in accordance with the requirements defined in the community’s Siting and Design Guidelines.

To qualify for the $5000 rebate, homeowners who choose Option 2 must have their garden installed within 90 days of the issuance of their Certificate of Occupancy, unless the certificate is issued between 1st November 2014 and 31st January 2015, in which case the landscaping project must be completed no later than 30th April 2015 (allowing for landscapes to be installed outside of the summer months).
