After that, it is strained into a bottle, sealed and refrigerated.

As far as the third and cold method of making infused olive oil is concerned, it involves food processor or blender. The concerned method complements well with dry spices and woody fibers. During the process, the olive oil and added ingredients are placed in the food processor and blended well. Whether they are strained or not, the infused oil are then poured into bottles and refrigerated to preserve optimum flavor.
