The Sunday Standard Magazine of the New India Express featured an article by internationally known spiritual Master Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj addressing the fear and anxiety that’s spread throughout the world today.
He said, “These are stressful and confusing times. Daily life is disrupted completely for everyone across the globe.”
His is not a message of despair however. Even as Sant Rajinder Singh Ji acknowledges the major challenges we are living with daily, he offers a prescription for overcoming the fear and anxiety that can at times overwhelm us. His answer? Meditation. He says when we meditate, we come in contact with our soul, a part of God, totally conscious and without fear. Once we experience this, we overcome our fear and our lives are transformed.
