On December 31st, the Government of the Department of Quindío in Colombia conferred upon Sant Rajinder Singh Ji Maharaj the Gran Cruz Extraordinaire (The Extraordinary Grand Cross), the highest honor conferred by the department’s administration.

Science of Spirituality International Meditation Center in Lisle, Illinois, USA is the organization’s global headquarters. Center is open to public, where people can relax in the peaceful meditation sanctuary, and discover the benefits of meditation.

Science of Spirituality (SOS) Charitable Initiatives programs are grounded in the doctrine of selfless service-a basic tenet of organization. SOS has partnered with groups such as Feed My Starving Children, and the Sensory Garden Park, among others.

The event was attended by over two hundred women. The retreat is like magnets–a response to a deep spiritual hunger, as witnessed by the steadily increasing number of women interested in learning about spirituality from a woman’s perspective.

Sant Rajinder Singh Ji gave a talk on "Spiritual Awakening". He said the language in the spiritual arena, is the language of love; and when we experience the language of love, nothing else matters. The evening ended with a meditation.
