Effective stakeholder engagement and enhanced cooperation with stakeholders is necessary and crucial for the development and success of every organization. The “Stakeholder Engagement Strategy” online course is designed to provide learners with comprehensive knowledge about effective stakeholder management. This 5-week course covers all key steps of the process required for creating a solid stakeholder engagement strategy; from understanding the benefits of a stakeholder strategy, identifying, analysing, and prioritizing stakeholders, planning the engagement, choosing the engagement methods, to reviewing the engagement and planning for the future.
