Powder Filling Machine:

The powder filling machine is used to fill the containers with the content that is crushed in the powder form. It is more suitable for round glass vials having a maximum speed of 120 vials per minute. The machine has a filling accuracy of +/- 1%, depending on powder at controlled humidity below 30% Rh. Automatic Six Head Bottle ROPP Capping Machine, on the other hand, allows round or other shape of Glass, Plastic, PET, LDPE, and HDPE Bottles. It has the capacity of attending up to 120 bottles per minute depending on Bottle Diameter, Bottle Height, Bottle Shape, and Cap Size.

Sticker Labeling Machine:

The sticker labeling machine is used to wrap labels around the container in order to display necessary information about the product and brand information. An automatic ampoule sticker labelling machine is probably one of the most user-friendly machines that anybody will ever come across. It is incorporated with modern Micro Processor Control Label Dispensing system with user-friendly Sensing system for Label and Product. The ampoule sticker labelling machine can label up to 200 units per minute, depending upon the label & product size.

Another type of ampoule sticker labeling machine is a high-speed vertical ampoule sticker labeling machine. The machine saves a lot of time in its operation and requires no maintenance.
