Sterile Washing Machine:

A sterile washing machine is used to remove the presence of any disinfectant from the containers. This machine segment comprises of different types of equipment, namely Multijet Ampoule & Vial Washing Machine, High-Speed Rotary Ampoule Washing Machine, Automatic Linear Vial/Bottle Washing Machine, Automatic Airjet & Vacuum Cleaning Machine, Automatic External & Rotary Vial Washing Machine, and Rotary Bottle Washing Machine Model.

Liquid Filling Machine:

The liquid filling machine is used to fill up the containers with the content that is in the liquid state. The ampoule filling and sealing machine is a multipurpose machine and is utilized for filling and sealing of glass ampoules. Built on a stainless steel square frame, the ampoule filling & sealing machine boasts of a matt-finished design. It is also quite convenient to clean and maintain the machine.

High-speed vial filling with rubber stoppering machine is utilized for vials that are round in shape. It has a maximum speed of 240 vials per minute. The machine performs an accurate operation of filling and has a no vial no fill system in order to ensure low wastage. The parts of Vial Liquid Filling and Rubber Stoppering Machine, exposed to liquids and rubber stoppers are made from SS 316 Material.
