In this article we'll take a look at two of the most commonly sought after licenses, which are the 4COP SRX liquor license and the 4COP-QUOTA license.

4Cop Liquor License In Florida (SRX)

The 4COP SRX Liquor License is for bona-fide restaurants that intend to sell beer, spirits and wine. The SRX license is specifically for restaurants that provide alcohol for consumption on the premises of said property only. It's also worth nothing that restaurants have a criteria to meet in order for them to be categorized as being a bona-fide restaurant. For instance, some of the requirements include that the establishment consists of 2500-5000 sq foot of floor space, seating to accommodate 150 - 250 patrons and the facility must get at least 51% of its gross revenue from food and non-alcoholic beverages. The second most sought after license is the 4COP QUOTA liquor license, which is for establishments that provide spirits, beer and wine for consumption on the property. It is typically held by taverns, nightclubs and bars which do not meet the requirements of the 4COP-SRX guidelines. As it name suggests, the number of licenses that can be held at one time is based on a population quota system. What this means is that there's a limit on the availability of this license and as such, it can only be purchased from an existing holder, the open market or won through a lottery process only.
