L’ATTITUDE never disappoints to find the perfect talent for the podium

From 2018 on, the highlight for many Latino entrepreneurs and other professionals is the annual L’ATTITUDE conference. During these virtual events, attendees from all over the country can join in on this platform to gain access, information, advice, and mentorship from the most successful Latino executives in the country. As the team under the guidance of Sol Trujillo and Gary Acosta ensures that they rely on the most advanced technology to present these events all running smoothly and with interactive capabilities, it is the most exciting opportunity to access possibilities that are often not within reach for this minority group.

“We always ensure that our line-up includes politicians so that these people can grasp a deeper understanding of the needs of our communities and be able to take our difficulty to the boardrooms where decisions are made. We also have several celebrities that bring vital energy to the list and who are always of interest to our younger crowds. Then we have non-Hispanic investors who are keen to invest in the Latino cohort and who understand the value of the group as a financial force in the national economy. Lastly, it is vital to have people on board who have been through the struggle and understand the hardships our attendees often must face.

So, we include several successful Latino executives in the line-up. These are people who inspire and are open to provide mentorship,” says Andrea Trujillo, the director of brand digital marketing to L’ATTITUDE.

Trujillo then expands on sharing some insights about some of the Latino executives who have been part of the conference in the past. This is a list of names that include that of José E. Cil, CEO of Restaurant Brands International Inc. During his career, Cil was part of the Burger King group and spend some time on the board of directors at Carrols Restaurant Group Inc.

Another name is Tony Vinciquerra. Since 2017, he is the chairman and CEO of Sony Pictures Entertainment Inc and oversees all the studio’s operations, worldwide. Rick Gomez also attended. Gomez is the chief marketing, digital and strategy officer for Target Corporation. During the last financial year, Target produced a $75 billion turnover. Gomez has been part of the Target group since 2013.

These are all people who managed to climb the ladder of corporate success despite several challenges and the lack of opportunities they had to overcome. You too can find inspiration from these and many more Latino success stories at the next L’ATTITUDE event.
