It was in 2018 that the team at L’ATTITUDE held their first annual event for Latino entrepreneurs, businesspeople and anyone interested in expanding their horizons and achieving even greater success. The idea behind these events was to provide local Latino communities with exposure to guidance and leadership in various fields. These communities often had to take care of themselves in business and as they grew to be much larger role players in the local economy, it became the vision of success duo, Sol Trujillo, and Gary Acosta to bring them the mentorship they needed.
As their first event delivered exceptional results it became an annual highlight on the Latino calendar. After all the hardships and difficulty experienced on a global level during 2020, there is no better time than right now to book your seat at the event this trusted team plan for slightly later in the year.
“We are very excited to announce the dates of our 2021 event. We will be hosting our annual Latino entrepreneurship event between September 29th and October 2nd. As always, we are filling the agenda with the most exciting lineup of prominent and influential speakers from the business world, media, and successful entrepreneurs. We are also working on getting some prominent politicians on stage to grasp a far better understanding of the needs of the people in our local communities. There are also some open-minded investors on board. These events would not be the same if we didn´t include the media. There are so many Latino celebrities who have been able to set themselves apart and they are highly motivational to especially our younger crowd of upcoming entrepreneurs,” says Andrea Trujillo, the director of brand digital marketing for L’ATTITUDE.
While the team has not yet announced the exact agenda that they prepare for these few days, you can be sure to expect nothing but the exceptional. This is surely the time to clear your agenda and buy your ticket. “These events are only one of many ways that our team is always working towards finding solutions to the concerns the Latino community have to deal with and giving them a chance to access resources otherwise not available. The impact of Latino business owners, entrepreneurs and even employees is massive. This community are still struggling to find equality in the workplace and beyond and despite these challenges, they simply go from strength to strength,” Trujillo concludes.
At L’ATTITUDE our focus is on increasing the opportunities for Latino’s in the US. We provide events to give them access to much-needed resources, canvas for equality in trade and promote them as leaders in their fields. They are a growing group of entrepreneurs that contribute to job creation. Over recent years, the impact from this minority group, which is now the largest of all, grew substantially and as they make such a large-scale investment into the local economy, their contribution deserves proper recognition.
