The first ever Rose Garden Competition offering a $100,000 purse was gearing up to be the event of the year in Glendale Arizona. Horticulturists from as far away as London, Brazil, Argentina, Greece,
South America and Spain would be in attendance and to make sure it was a great event they had hired a New York Advertising Agency, Madison Avenue Associates. Steve and Michele had already attracted
Big Name Sponsors and Coverage on all the major networks across the country, including Good Morning America. There would be 25 contestants including two friends from MIT who had developed a formula to make the first black rose ever which would bring in millions. The competition starts early in the week as contestants start stealing the formula. Annie is put on the job to see if she can track down the thieves. The cast of suspects includes a gay designer, a former
hooker turned rose gardener, a couple of race car drivers, floral designers, a housewife, a flight attendant, nannies and a couple mobsters in town for the event. I n the process of trying to solve the case of the stolen formula, one of the contestants ends up dead and Annie, along with her hacker friend Cammie try to dig up dirt on the contestants to see who did it.
