ST. LOUIS, MO: Effective April 1, Cooperative has invested in a full-time Retention Specialist to support their Care Team of caregivers and nurses. Kerryann Kohut, M.A., has officially transitioned to this position after successfully recruiting at Cooperative for the past four years. She has drastically decreased turnover while creating new career paths for both caregivers and nurses.
