Hackensack, NJ, January 12, 2015 -- Agostino & Associates, A Professional Corporation, Kostelanetz & Fink, LLP, and Sills Cummis & Gross, P.C. announced that they will be participating in the 6th Annual Criminal Tax Enforcement Forum: 2015 Update for Tax Professionals, hosted by Bergen County Community College.

The Criminal Tax Enforcement Forum is an annual gathering of New Jersey and New York criminal tax controversy professionals. The program brings together government representatives and private practitioners who are engaged in tax controversy, including civil and criminal tax litigation.

Attendees will earn up to four CLE, CPE and EA CE credits. The seminar and credits are provided free-of- c harge; however, the attendees are asked to v o l unteer for the pro bono panel at the Rutgers Law School Federal Tax Clinic or New Jersey Legal Services, or counsel clients seeking tax assistance through the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance(VITA) program or at an ABA sponsored United States Tax Court calendar call.

-Federal Tax Criminal Enforcement Update, National Office - Priorities for 2015, NJ & IRS Current Events.
