On February 4, 1993 at the age of 19, Paul Panaikas joined the United States Army National Guard. As a soldier, he has held numerous positions in RI, CA and WA. Throughout his service, he received several awards and honors such as:

Paul Panaikas is highly-qualified and obtained his Associates Degree in Science from the Fisher College, Boston, MA in December 1997, and Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the Fisher College, Boston, MA in July 2008. Currently, he is pursuing Masters in Human Services Counseling-Military Resilience from the Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA since January 2014. In addition to these, he also holds diplomas in various fields. Besides that, he is proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

About Paul Panaikas

Paul Panaikas is the State Resilience Coordinator at RI Army National Guard since 2011/2015. At the headquarters, he has acquired significant experience and he manages, coordinates, as well as conducts resilience training for Master Resilience Trainers, Resilience Trainer Assistants, and Soldiers of Rhode Island Army National Guard. He is also involved in the recommendation, development, coordination and dissemination of policies for the Army National Guard Administration and management to include doctrinal development. Owing to his dedication and loyalty towards his work, he has received many awards, including NCO of the year, Commandant’s List, and Army Physical Fitness Badge. He is a graduate in Business Management from Fisher College, and has also received his Associates in Science degree from the same college. Paul is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree from Liberty University.
