Making films is an art and one must have a full understanding of the medium if you wish to put forth a product that will be liked by the niche club as well as the masses. His feature films Pirate Jenny, April Rain have also been noteworthy. He has also worked on various commercials and short films. However his specialization is being a music video cinematographer. Shooting a music video is more difficult than a film because the dancers are always moving too much and hence the lighting should be done to cover the entire area. Also the cinematographer’s camera flow should be so smooth and fluid that the viewers don’t see any jerks. Moreover the footage needs to be shot and edited according to the beat. A fast beat music should have a fast moving camera, because a slow camera movement will kill the mood ot the music.
