Hunter Estess is a successful real estate investor in New Orleans, Louisiana. After nearly ten years working as a general contractor and real estate developer, he made the decision to start, Dash Development and Holdings, an investment company that helps individual investors find the right real estate investment opportunities to help them grow their own wealth. After starting the company in 2011, Estess began to focus his efforts and energies on identifying high-value opportunities around the world. His focus is on specific opportunities that will deliver significant returns on the initial investment for an extended base of investors. As a lead sponsor, he recently syndicated and closed a $3.7 million acquisition for a 56-unit apartment complex in New Orleans.

Hunter Estess is a seasoned real estate investor, general contractor, real estate developer and entrepreneur who got his start pushing brooms for his father’s real estate investment company. Over the course of his career, he has owned, repositioned and deposed for profit multiple properties throughout Louisiana. He recently began a mentorship with nationally-acclaimed multi-family experts Michael Blank and Vinney Chopra. This mentorship has provided him with the skills and knowledge to expand his predominately single-family real estate portfolio to investments in over four hundred multi-family units in the Gulf Coast area.

Hunter Estess was born in Jackson, Mississippi and grew up in Bossier City, Louisiana. His father was a contractor, real estate broker and land developer who taught Estess everything he knew about the business. His mother was a nurse who later started an interior design business. When he isn’t working he is volunteering his time as the 2nd grade Sunday School teacher at his church and volunteering as an assistant coach to the state championship wrestling team. His wife, whom he married in 2009, is the owner of Maeme, a Bridal Boutique which has been awarded the distinction of Boutique of the Year by theKnot.com for five years in a row. Estess also enjoys playing golf and loves spending time with his wife and two children.
