First, it was discovered that the skeleton oil seal of the input shaft of the pilot pump was extruded. There were two reasons for this: one was installation problems, and the other was that the pressure was too high. Continue to decompose and find that the direction of the oil seal of the pilot pump is reversed. This is the real cause of the failure. When it first started working, the skeleton oil seal was not completely damaged, but it could still work normally. Because the skeleton oil seal could only withstand low pressure, the oil seal was quickly damaged, causing the pilot pressure oil to leak out of the damage.
The piston rod of the stick cylinder automatically retracts after the engine starts
After inspection, the other movements are normal; the stick sinks faster after lifting the starting arm. The failure remains after the pipe is exchanged, indicating that the failure lies in the control valve or the stick cylinder, based on the principle of easy first and difficult later. After disassembling and inspecting the control valve rod, it was found that the valve rod was stuck in the retracted position of the piston rod, and the valve rod was taken out after vibration with a rubber beetle and a copper rod. It can be seen that there is a shiny iron powder, and the contact stick sinks faster. Determine the root cause of the failure is the strain on the extended arm stick cylinder, which is confirmed after dismantling the stick cylinder.
