HROne Conducts Webinar On ‘Future Of Work: Preparing For The New World Workplace.

HROne came forward to address challenges, transformations and the rising scope of HR solutions at workplaces in the time to come through an enriching webinar.
Industry veterans including Ashok Bhasin - Advisor & Mentor, Madhav Das - Sr. Director: Zeta Global, Thomas Abraham - Founder: HR2Tech.com and HROne CEO Karan Jain discussed ways to adapt to the new normal.
The key talk points encompassed:

1. Anticipating the challenges & expectations of employees and employers
2. Managing the conundrum of physical workspaces and ‘work from home’
3. Evolution of leadership, HRs, technology to support and facilitate the ‘new normal’

As lockdown 4.O nears its end in the country, businesses are hoping for an exit plan in phase 5.O. Organizations are preparing to put an end to the constant work from home policy and planning to gradually resume working from physical offices post lockdown.
With the sole aim of decoding the ‘Un-lockdown’ mysteries, the goal was to paint a picture of the revolutionized future of corporate establishments for employers, employees and everyone else.
The webinar was a huge success as more than the anticipated number of HR Professionals registered and attended the webinar. Moreover, the participants actively partook and asked interesting questions.

Some of the hot topics were covered in the form of doubts by the eminent speaker such as:

1. How organizations are planning to address the mental well being of its employees over the next 6 months with a hybrid mode of work?
2. Can we propagate from lockdown 4.O to industry 4.O based on the business transforms that we will come across in the future?
3. Do we see any major transformations in the job role structure and job descriptions in the next one year?
4. Can we expect improvement in the backend services in the near future?
5. What should be the key criteria for filtering which people to call in the office and who should resume WFH and justify the same to them?
6. Do we see the evolution of robotics and replacing manual labour in Manufacturing in the near future?
among others.

Where on one hand, the Sr. Director of Zeta Global responded to queries, Digital Evangelist and Global C-Suite Leader Ashok Bhasin talked about what should be the priority & focus of CEOs in this new normal.

Thomas told the participants about ways to deal with the ‘fear factor’ in employees after they return to physical workplaces. Another point addressed was the 'exit' strategy as we get out of this lockdown phase. He was also seen quoting renowned business tycoons including Satya Nadella, CEO Microsoft.

Karan Jain, CEO HROne also shared his views and insights on how HCM suites and other HR technologies have been working wonders in the time of need. From being entirely workforce-centric and focusing on employee engagement & satisfaction to enhancing work approach and company policies, he explained how HROne is making a difference while staying afloat.
The HROne brand slogan “Building better workplaces” is indeed justified. They are not only coping with these tough times in a smart way but also seem promising for a better tomorrow on the professional front.
