FlatIron Media Lawyers Up After Being Connected to mywebrewardsurvey.com

FlatIron media lawyers up after being connected to bait and switch site cool-surveys.com. After being served, their WHOIS info disappeared. Furthermore, the company refused to respond to allegations.

FlatIron Media lawyered up on July 18, 2016 after being served with a preservation request. They were connected to bait and switch advertising sites such as mywebrewardsurvey.com. Similar sites offer "gift cards" or other rewards that never materialize. They are also connected to malicious adware including but not limited to MDMExclusives/MyDailyMoment, Travel Giga, CrunchTravel, Social Pogo, Diet Interactive and many others. The lawyer they retained to respond to the preservation request did not do so properly.

FlatIron Media risks having their computer equipment seized in order to preserve the evidence in this case. They've already demonstrated a willingness to obstruct justice by hiding the WHOIS info connected to the sites in question.

If you or someone you love has been a victim of FlatIron Media, the above listed adware, or mywebrewardsurvey.com, then contact [email protected]. Include the state you live in and a brief description of what happened. We'll be in touch shortly.

One victim has decided to forge ahead with a class action suit. Instead of trying to settle the matter, FlatIron Media has taken steps to protect themselves. It's crystal clear this company doesn't care who their victims are and only a courtroom will bring their victims justice.
