"New Perspective" stands out for its practical approach focused on bottlenecks and blockages around business processes. The goal is the "liberation" of these blockages and exploiting opportunities in the short and medium term.

According to Ivan Abril Palma, "New Perspective of the Integral Management" will be an important reference in the coming decades in management fields.

The Integral Management Society has signed a working agreement with the Central University of Barcelona for conducting a quantitative and qualitative study of the results of applying this methodology. This investigation will be published in 2015. Present phase is the selection of 50 organizations to initiate supervised change management projects based on this methodology. Results and achievements will be verified.

Also, the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Veracruz will perform logistical support for these activities in Mexico .
