[b]Paul Iulo[/b] considers sports as a great physical exercise, and believes that everyone should participate in any kind of sports activities. According to him, for business people and working professionals, a 30-45 minute sports session is perfect for giving them much needed relaxation, refreshing their mind and body. You can choose any time of the day for sports – morning or evening.

Paul has three sons whom he loves very much. He likes spending time with them, and teaches them techniques for baseball and football.

In his career span, he has served as a Police Officer, Detective in the New York City Police Department, Brooklyn. He has also been a Fire Safety Director as well as a Security Supervisor at New Yorker Hotel, Mount Sinai Medical Center, and International Protective Security Agency. He is well recognized as a highly organized and self-motivated leader among his employees.
