A majority of people think top left looks like a jester, which should make an obvious Sliske general and top right feels like Zaros. Bottom left seems animalistic with its feral appearance having some ornate looking antlers. So, Bottom right is probably Zamorak. But, others have new idea on this picture. They think that top left - Sliske - Looks like a jester and that is the only thing that really fits him. Top right - Zaros - Looks like a dragonrider and those are/were followers of Zaros. Bottom left - Seren - The antlers remind me of Cadarn' symbol and the whole creature just feels crystalline. What's Zamorak? Although his philosophy doesn't even make any sense and he even understands that he'd probably die from one of his followers betraying him, but then who would enforce the chaos after he's gone? The problem with chaos is that you can't force it. He's trying to force everything into absolute chaos. When comes to Zaros, "there's a genuine threat let's solve it guys" will occur to you and it's only a matter of trust from there. Zaros is pragmatic. Seren is his foil, stating that you "can't trust him" because he lacks emotion. Seren is caring. That's the rason why Seren and Zaros are finally getting some representation, because they have character.

Apart from guessing what characters they are representing, you can also wonder what the armoes are gonna be made of. Seren's will probably be Iowerth scouts and Cadarn Mages and rangers. Zamorak may have those black knights from the invasion of falador, with less op xp of course. Having Shapeshifters would be insanely odd, since they actively rebelled against Seren and refused to join her on Gielinor, going insane in the process. Would be so strange if they randomly rejoined her to fight in a dungeon after centuries of enduring being away from her and having that whole arc in The Light Within.
