Noted entrepreneur says that new business people need to work hard day in and day out in order to succeed in business

It is only the tough cookies that do well in business. There is an old adage that says that only hard work can bring the fruit to fruition. One can say that so it is with business.
Veteran entrepreneur Edward Sobczewski says that there can be no compromise on hard work. It is the fulcrum of business. Edward Sobczewski further explains that some of the greatest business magnates that the world has ever seen, have all had one thing in common. Their passion for hard work. This has meant that they have had to reduce their time for leisure and all other activities which they might have found an interest in, so that can focus on their pursuit of being successful business people.
Take the example of the Koch brothers explains Edward Sobczewski, who are some of the richest individuals in the entire world. Both the brothers are ranked in the top 10 of the Forbes rich list and have been consistently ranked in the top over the past many years. It is not without reason that the Koch brothers are so successful. Koch industries is the second largest private company in the US, after Cargill’s. It is one of the largest oil, chemical company in the entire world. Its history spans many decades and is a testament to the spirit of the hard work that the Koch brothers have put in the company to make it a symbol of a great American success. Even today both the brothers, who are well beyond their prime years, continue to work hard in order to ensure the company’s continued success. Koch industries continues to bend the rule book, when it comes to private companies in the United States doing so well.
Another business example from which a lot can be learned, notes Edward Sobczewski is the legendary British entrepreneur Richard Branson. The Virgin Group which Richard Branson is today one of the world most recognised brands and one of the largest conglomerates in the United Kingdom. Branson is Forbes billionaire. He started his entrepreneurial journey at a very young age, when he was in school. In fact, he was always found it difficult to read, this posed him a serious problem. However, this is the textbook case of a person turning a problem into an asset. He made sure that he had a great team which led the operations and he spent copious amounts of time grooming and mentoring the leadership. In the end, his hard work has paid off. He continues to work hard to further other causes such as conflict resolution in Africa and climate change. His business continues to expand with new ventures into space.
The above examples clearly show that there can be no compromise on the hard work that an individual need to put in, so as to succeed.
