Don Reinhard worked for ten years in Florida as a nurse, assisting medical teams in many diverse settings in South Florida, including a few Miami-area hospitals in his time. Reinhard then got the opportunity of a lifetime. Cedars-Mount Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, long known for its excellent patient care standards and its willingness to innovate and try new ways of helping patients and the medical professionals around them, hired Reinhard to become their new nurse supervisor, a position that didn’t exist prior to Reinhard coming along.

Reinhard wanted a new challenge and new way to grow his career in the medical field, a profession that he had always wanted to be involved in since he was a small child.
