But before starting you should have the login information with you and the date on which you are charged for the premium. Once you all this information then you are good to go:
-From the drop-down menu which says “My question is about:” you have to select the charges for your personal account.
-Now enter the date you were charged along the amount.
-Give the information from which your money has been deducted.
-Below all this, you will find an option of “Other Id(s)”. Here you have to collect the 8-10 digit code from your credit card statement. You will find it next to the charge on your statement and may be on the second or first line of the description of the charge. Enter the number here.
Now you will be getting the description box in which you will be asked the reason. In this, you have to describe why you think that you were charged incorrectly and why you should get your money back.
-Now upload the copy of the credit or debit card statement in which you have been charged for the LinkedIn. But make sure that you cover the personal information before you upload the copy.
