Do they have the right technology?

Do you have specifics?

If you have some specific choices, like multilingual support, make sure the contact center software you are considering has the desired features. If they do not have enough support, then there is no use hiring them.

Once you put all the companies through these scanning points, you will have a really thin list of ip call center companies. There will most probably be just one company that would satisfy all these criteria. Hire them.
