I’m gonna tell you some great home remedies that will help you to reduce puffy eyes and dark circles around the eye area .



Our effective home remedies for bags under eyes :

1. The first remedy we are using to use green tea bags what you have to do is after making your tea collect teabags and place it into refrigerator for 15-20 mins . after that teabags cool down completely .Close your eyes and place it over your eyelids and relax for 20 mins to 30 mins . Do this process everyday and it will be better if you can do it twice in a day . Even you can reuse the teabags for two to three times .







Green teabags reduces swelling and lighten the skin around eyes .The caffeine and tannin reduces puffiness by shrinking the blood vessels . Green tea contains anti-aging properties that help to reduce swelling around eyes and also fades away dark circles .


2. The most easiest remedy , we will need one bowl of filtered water and one small towel ,then fold the towel and dip it into the water . Now , place the bowl into the refrigerator for at least 30 mins . After that when the towel cools down completely . Take it out from water and lightly squeeze it . Now place the towel over your eyes and relax foe 20-30 mins . If you feel that your towel is getting warmer after 5-10 mins again dip it into cold water & repeat the same process. This remedy is one of the easiest and really very effective to reduce puffy eyes and swollen eyelids . It cools and relax the blood vessels . Thus offering relief to puffy and tired eyes .






Helpful tips :



1. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water in a day.


2. Get enough sleep ( at least 5 hours ) .

3. Gently massage around your eyes using almond oil or olive oil at least 5-10 mins everyday .
4. Avoid rubbing your eyes .
