indiGOlife App announced today they are in development of their live coaching app aimed at helping relieve some of the pressures on mental health during the current mental health crisis.

Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, mental health issues have been on the rise. There simply are not enough resources available to meet the needs of those looking for support via mental health professional or coaching professional. indiGOlife App was created to provide a place for people to turn when they need guidance from experts in the moment as their life unfolds. While indiGOlife App is not intended for crisis situations, its founder hopes it can reduce the number of people who find themselves in those situations.

I believe there is a need for people to find that help exactly when they are moving through specific situations. Coaches of all sorts are an underutilized resourse and I hope that by bringing indiGOlife App to life I can move these coaches to the forefront and make a positive impact on the mental health world’” says Joanna Hakimi, indiGOlife App’s founder.

Coaches will be available 24/7 and can be reached by clients at the click of a button. No need to schedule an appointment, as life doesn’t always happen on a schedule. With coaches in a variety of niches, there is something for everyone and every situation.
