Taking high doses of nolvatex can prevent the production of natural testosterone by the testes. The high dose may increase the levels of estrogen, instead of reducing it. This is because the adrenal gland may be over stimulated to produce dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA), a prohormone that turns into estrogen. Nalvatex is also known to have a positive effect on the hypothalamus by stimulating the production of gonadotrophine, a hormone that induces the testes to release more testosterone. it has also been known to increase the body’s capability to burn fat.

In women, nolvatex will cause irregular menstrual cycles, often accompanies by irregular bleeding and procrastinated or even missing the periods altogether. Women should not take nolvatex with contraceptive pills as the anti-estrogen in the steroid is going to discount the pill. Women athletes should therefore be vigilant not to get pregnant when they are on the steroid.

Pregnant or breast feeding mothers should consult a doctor if it’s safe to continue with taking Nolvatex. Nolvatex tablets are legal and are therefore sold in local pharmacies. They are however quite expensive and are sold in batches of one hundred Nolvatex 20mg tablets, with the price ranging from anything between $60 and $190, depending on the country of purchase.
