Vibrating feeder is a kind of linear direction feeding equipment, in the sand-stone production line. It can send materials to crusher evenly and continuously and at the same time. It can screen materials roughly. The vibration feeder is used to transfer the large size materials and granular materials from hopper to receiving device uniformly, periodically and continuously in the production flow and to feed materials into the crushing machine continuously and uniformly also to screen the materials in the sandstone production line. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.Ore feeder machine can feed lump or granulated materials to the other devices evenly and continuously. In sand and gravel production line, the continuous feeding of the vibrating feeding machine helps avoid the blockage at receiving hopper. The ore feeder has simple structure, smooth vibration, uniform feeding, continuous performance and adjustable exciting force; the flow can be easily changed and controlled at any time; eccentric block is vibration source, with advantages of low noise, low power consumption, good regulating performance and no red material phenomenon; enclosed body prevents dust pollution and evenly adjust to the amount of ore. There are two eccentric shafts rotating at high speed at the same time from opposite directions, thus the strong centrifugal force is formed. The component forces of centrifugal force along the vibrating direction will always overlap each other, then counteract with that of vertical force from vibrating direction, then exciting force along single direction is formed to drive the feeder vibrate along straight line. When materials are fed into the feeder, they may be thrown up and move like para curve, then fall down. The materials will move forward on the slope surface of the feeder machine.
