When the moving piston moves to the right in the cylinder, the pressure in the left chamber of the piston in the cylinder is lower than the atmospheric pressure pa, the suction valve is opened, and the surface atmosphere is sucked into the cylinder. This process is called compression process. When the in-cylinder pressure is higher than the pressure P in the output atmosphere pipeline, the exhaust valve opens. The compressed atmosphere is sent to the gas transmission pipe, and this process is called exhaust process. The return movement of the piston is caused by the crank-slider mechanism actuated by the motor. The torsional movement of the crank is converted into sliding-the return movement of the piston.

The compressor with this structure always has a profit margin when the exhaust is stopped. When I inhale for the first time, the compression atmosphere in the profit volume will expand, thus saving the empty chest space of the aspirant, lowering the result and supplementing the compression work. And because the profit volume is being saved, when the compression ratio increases, the temperature rises rapidly. Therefore, when the output pressure is high, hierarchical compression should be selected. Graded compression can lower the exhaust temperature, simplify the compression work, increase the volume result, and supplement the compressed gas to exhaust the chest.

Piston air compressors come in a variety of construction styles. According to the arrangement method of the air cylinder, there are vertical type, horizontal type, angle type, symmetrical balanced type and opposite type. According to the compression series, it can be divided into three types: single-stage, double-stage and multi-stage. According to the equipment method, it can be divided into moving type and fixed type. According to the limited method, it can be divided into unloading type and pressure opening-closing type. Among them, the unloading type limiting method means that when the pressure in the air storage tank reaches the set value, the air compressor will not end its operation but will run without compression by opening the stabilizer valve. This idling condition is called unloading operation. The pressure open-close limiting method refers to when the pressure in the air storage tank reaches the set value, the air compressor automatically ends its operation.
