Condensers are usually divided into two types

When the hot refrigerant enters the condenser coil, the heat absorbed by the refrigeration end is discharged to the outside.

The outdoor condensing unit is a key component of the supermarket refrigeration system. When the hot refrigerant enters the condenser coil, the heat absorbed by the refrigeration end is discharged to the outside. This is the key to the entire refrigeration process.

Generally speaking, there are two types of condensers. One is an air-cooled condenser, which blows out the heat in the coil through an outdoor fan. However, when the outdoor temperature is high, the air-cooled condenser may not be able to dissipate heat, resulting in poor cooling effect.

The other is the evaporative condenser, which improves the condensation performance and reduces energy consumption by spraying water onto the condensing coil for heat dissipation. However, this type of condenser consumes water and cannot be used in areas where water resources are scarce.

The condenser adopts a patented design of dry-coil insulation, which can save energy, reduce refrigerant charging and reduce operating costs. The on-demand adiabatic pre-cooling condenser only maintains the condensing temperature with water in the hottest weather.

When the ambient temperature is lower than the set value, for example, the outdoor temperature is 26°C, the condenser operates as a dry condenser to save water and energy. The outdoor air cools the refrigerant in the microchannel coil, and the refrigerant returns to the system.

When the ambient temperature is higher than the set value, the device will run in pre-cooling mode. The water is evenly sprayed on the pre-cooling medium. When the air passes through the medium, water is evaporated into the air, the air is humidified, and the condensation temperature can reduce the wet bulb temperature by 2-3 degrees. In this way, the dry bulb temperature is greatly reduced and the refrigeration capacity is significantly improved.
