2. However, if the conversion is performed according to the ratio of 1.28, the iron core of the motor needs to be expanded and the volume of the motor needs to be increased, so few people will directly use this theory to design multiples of 1.28 aluminum motors;
3. In general, the aluminum ratio of aluminum motors on the market will reduce the diameter, usually between 1.10 and 1.15, and then make minor modifications to the iron core to meet the performance requirements of the motor, that is, if you The copper wire used is 1.200mm, choose aluminum wire of about 1.300~1.400mm, plus the change of the iron core, you should be able to design your satisfactory aluminum wire motor;
