(November 21, 2017) - A powerful flashlight that also emits a loud sound as a distress call sounds like a most useful apparatus that can save lives in emergency situations. The Micro Safety Light (MSL), made by the company UV Paqlite, is a super-bright LED flashlight that can be kept in person for all times. UV Paqlite has launched a campaign on the crowd-funding website Kickstarter to finance the project and ensure its completion.

This useful flashlight is the best to take on backpacking trips, camps, hikes, walks etc. The light comprises of an emergency, detachable whistle. It has a proprietary technology, i.e. glow-in-the-dark, a reminder mode and a ‘pulse mode’ that saves energy.

The Patented "Pulse Mode" makes users more visible in completely dark spaces, without letting the battery run out of power. The Glow technology is much stronger than in key-chain that shines in dark surroundings.

There is a very loud emergency whistle that emits 115db sound, which makes it excellent as a survival tool in the wild for keeping animals away, preventing crime, calling for help in areas struck by natural disasters and more. The whistle is a lot louder than human calls for help, and involves no fatigue. The whistle pitch is audible over surrounding noises or loud rescue tools.
The light has a 15-minute mode for Reminder, which emits a soft reminder. It can be used when you are with kids, in home or at the office.
