LtCol Armando Gonzalez is a transitional military officer who has been working at diverse positions for over 28 years. He has served as a commanding officer at Marine Wing Support Squadron 371, Yuma, AZ.; Europe Region Desk Officer at headquarters US Marine Corps, Washington, DC.; USMC Representative to Colombia; as operations officer at MWSS 373, San Diego, CA. and as a logistics officer in Expeditionary Strike Group 3, San Diego, CA.

For his outstanding work and service, LtCol Armando Gonzalez has been recognized on several occasions, most recently, he received the Colombian Marines Service Medal, the US Defense Meritorious Service Medal, two Meritorious Service Medals for service as both an Operations and Executive Officer, the Admiral Stanley R. Arthur Award for Logistics Excellence, and the Meritorious Service Medal for superior performance as Assistant Logistics Officer in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and the evacuation of U.S. Citizens from the 2006 conflict in Lebanon.

LtCol Armando Gonzalez is a resourceful and diligent military officer. He started his career as a young enlisted Marine and was later commissioned as an officer through the meritorious commissioning program. Most recently, he served as a staff officer at MCAS Yuma, Yuma, AZ. He completed his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Chapman University Orange, CA and later a Masters of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego, San Diego, CA. When free, he likes to play golf, run and read books.
