Frankly speaking, they are unable to fulfill at least two activities of daily living that includes bathing, eating and dressing for at least 90 days. They always demand substantial supervision and assistance in order to protect themselves against various health and safety threats. For such chronically ill patients, proactive care management is required to reduce the risk of complications. In addition, it helps prevent the costly hospital admissions.

Here, he worked for CFFC program, which was created by Massachusetts Behavioral Health Partnerships. It was created in response to the lawsuits initiated by the parents as the children were receiving inadequate services through State run programs.

Galen Stone was solely responsible for coordination and implementation of wraparound services for more than 50 at risk families within Brockton, thus facilitating meetings and services on all fronts. He also supervised all clinicians, MSW interns, psychiatric nurse, and consulting psychiatrist regarding children and family needs and welfare.
