Pieter Stalenhoef’s professional journey has seen great ups and downs all these years. He has been handling analysis, valuation, and security selection for the Wells Fargo Global Opportunities Fund for the last eight years. Working in this role enables him to develop models for earnings and cash-flow while collaborating with the international team in his company on new stock ideas. Before he started working in this position, Pieter worked for a number of investment-industry jobs, including the positions of analyst for the Wells Fargo (then Evergreen) Emerging Market Fund and associate analyst and senior research assistant for Evergreen Investments.

Pieter Stalenhoef is also an active member of his community who volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Massachusetts Bay for more than 10 years. The little time Pieter spares from his busy schedule is usually spent enjoying outdoor activities such as tennis, skiing, and cycling. He is also a big time sports enthusiast who absolutely loves the National Football League’s New England Patriots.

He is a Bachelor in Business Administration from the University of Vermont and a Master of Investment Management from Boston University.
