(September 11, 2013) Boughton Hall's annual events for the month of August ended successfully despite some weather interferences. Pimm's on the Patio and Summer Barbecue events in Boughton Hall were held last August for the amusement of all the apartment owners, guests and family members.

Boughton Hall, one of the most popular retirement villages in the U.K., recently held their annual events in August. Summer Barbecue event and Pimm's on the Patio successfully ended because of the combined efforts of the apartment owners and the staffs of Boughton Hall Retirement Village.

Weather interferences caused a couple of problems in the Summer Barbecue event held on the 4th of August. Despite the downpour, the 70 apartment owners together with their family, friends and other invited guests gathered together and enjoyed the rainy Summer Barbecue event.

Different chefs participated on the event as well including Chef John who served barbecues and salads. Chef Andrea's jam scones were also present including fresh fruit salads and Victoria sandwich cake. Jugs of Pimm's and Sangria and drinks from the bar were also served to the apartment owners and guests. Dunkirk spirit was also served by the bucketful during the event.

As for the entertainment, Torsdag played a selection of different classical music that most of the apartments owners really loved. The apartment owners and the sales team of Boughton Hall also made a raffle and they managed to raise £ 157 for Barnardo's. Most of the afternoon was spent inside the Garden Room Restaurant because of the unexpected downpour.

Pimm's on the Patio is one of the most popular annual events at Boughton Hall and this year, it was held last August 28, 2013. Unlike the Summer Barbecue event, this event was held with a lovely weather and a lot of apartment owners and guests participated on the said event. Chef Andrea, one of the best in-house Chefs of Boughton Hall, was also there and she prepared tasty canapés for the event.

The entertainment was considered as the best when Melanie Baines sang a selection of popular songs familiar to most of the guests and apartment owners. For further entertainment, shed added jokes and a couple of entertaining stores in her repertoire that the guests really loved. The apartment owners also requested for her appearance on the Christmas period.

The annual events held last August ended successfully and the apartment owners are looking forward to more events in the following months. Boughton Hall Retirement Village tries to live up with their promise that they will provide a stress-free environment to all the apartment owners. These events are only a part of their continuous efforts to create a healthy environment to all the retirees on the village. Aside from the extensive facilities that they are offering, these events liven up the life of apartment owners inside the village.

Aside from annual events, Boughton Hall is also conducting regular events during weekdays and weekends for all the apartment owners inside the vicinity.
