Franchise Business Opportunities for Institute for Business Acquisitions

Entrepreneurs with insufficient financial resources often wonder where they can get business startup grants.

The Institute for Business Acquisitions, headed by its founder and president Tom Ellis, recently unveiled their new program called A Practical Guide to Buying a Business. According to Tom, this is a comprehensive system that explains how start up business grants work, and it also reveals step by step how acquisition ought to be done.

Much of the material in the program is based on Tom’s own experience and success in the field. According to Tom, he wrote the information on the training manual, where he recounts his experiences in various acquisitions including a coffee shop franchise and other businesses. What makes Tom’s story different is he barely used his own funds and in some cases didn’t use any of his own money at all.

The techniques that he used and continues to use are explained in the system. According to Tom, he began as a copier salesman and from there went to sales before he bought his first company without using his own money. According to Tom, that was one of the reasons for his success, and a year later he sold the company and made a $50,000 profit. With the money, Tom was able to make further business acquisitions that eventually allowed him to become a full fledged businessman.

Through the years, Tom would refine his merger and acquisitions system and amassed wealth so that revenues today reach $20 million dollars. In addition, Tom works as a managing director for several companies, and he continues to look for other acquisition opportunities.

Despite his busy schedule, he still runs the Institute and found the time to develop his special program, which he says provides all the information a would-be businessman needs to know about buying a company. The new program, Ellis says, also reveals the common pitfalls that cause businesses to fail.
