In addition, he won the Upstate New York Leader of the Month Award at Raymour & Flanigan, and the leadership award at the enterprise Rent-A-Car. Presently, he also coaches and mentors youth in football and basketball. He is the Vice President of Westside Scorpions, a youth football organization.
