He is responsible for all the inventories, maintenance of the building and the compliance of safety rules throughout the Rochester region. He performs several duties at his work, which includes training and development, monthly audits, human resources, safety compliance, property management, cross audits in other regions, logistics, deliveries, and excellent service to the customers.

[b]Akin Ross[/b] is a well-seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in sales and business management. He has excellent organizational, technical and interpersonal skills. Since 2002, he has worked with various reputed organizations. In 2002, he joined Boys & Girls Club Inc., [b]Rochester, NY[/b] as an assistant director and later in 2007; he worked as the branch manager at the enterprise Rent-A-Car, Rochester, NY. Presently, he is a coach and mentors youth in football and basketball. He is also the Vice President of Westside Scorpions, a Youth Football Organization. Throughout his career, he has won many awards and honors. He is a Black Scholar and has won Athlete of the year, Greece Arcadia High School. He also won the Leadership Award at the Enterprise Rent-a-Car and Upstate New York Leader of the Month Award at Raymour & Flanigan.
