Travelers buying class tickets have special needs. To accommodate this, the new Delta Business Class has many advantageous features. For instance, the new lie-flat options are far more comfortable with their 1-2-1 configuration.

Cabins are designed with spaciousness in mind. Because road warriors spend so much time in flight, it made sense for Delta to include with each seat ports and reading lights. Not only does the extra space make it easier to be productive, but the power outlets provide a great way to keep fully charged through the flight.

Seat controls are located above tray tables on the arm rests inside a metal panel for ease of use. Odd seats have no obstruction between windows and seats, while even rows are positioned along aisles with arm rests at the window. This arrangement is beneficial for more leg comfort.

The full size down-like pillows are a nice addition, especially for longer flights. The tray table behind the arm rest can be adjusted both up and down and back and forward to suit passenger’s needs. There are plentiful overhead bins with more than enough space for carry on luggage so that travelers need not worry about not having enough storage access.

The in flight entertainment screens are larger than past Delta business seats with system controls conveniently located in the arm rests. After initial beverages are served, a mix of salty warm nuts are offered, just before table clothes are provided for meal service.

The napkins include a hole so that they may be affixed to shirt buttons. Through their partnerships with top flight chefs, Delta meals include foods like tomato basil soup, Asian pear slaw and braised ribs. The wine menu is also quite favorable and higher quality than similar airlines.

Finally, to stand out further above the crowd, Delta Business Class includes an amenity kit with items like eye masks, socks, clean towelettes and lip balm.
