Italy - “The Will to Succeed” is a remarkable and timely letter written to mothers of all generations.
The book gives a “through the eyes” glimpse into the emotions, thoughts, decisions, and highs and lows of a mother’s life.

A prevailing truth throughout the pages was the immense consequences a wrong decision (no matter how slight) carries and how it weighs heavily on a mother. Yet, they are encouraged to press on – faithful, strong and determined.

King Solomon, the wisest man who ever lived, summed it up this way,

“I returned and saw under the sun that the race is not to the swift nor the battle to the strong, neither is bread to the wise nor riches to men of intelligence and understanding nor favor to men of skill; but time and chance happen to them all” (Ecclesiastes 9:11/Amplified Version).
As each chapter concludes and the next mother is introduced, the book will keep the reader on the edge of their seat wondering what is going to happen next.

The reader will quickly identify with the triumphs and failures of each mother: A grandmother, an Elementary School Teacher; a Group Training Instructor, an Admiral, an imprisoned mother, a battered and abused mother, a military wife and a housewife, all ladies of distinction.

About the Author:
Langston, a former U.S. Naval military officer, faithfully served his country for 27 years before retiring in 2003. He is founder and senior pastor of the Pilgrim Outreach Ministries.
Langston is ordained and licensed through World Evangelism Fellowship of Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a 1976 graduate of El Campo high school in El Campo, Texas.
