Though there are some loop holes from the side of DDA, yet we cannot ignore the fact that these homes are actually very affordable and anyone can book them with no interest rates on loans.

DDA (Dehi Development Authority), informed the housing ministry of our government about the allotment of another 15000 flats/houses in Delhi to the lower middle class section of society. The scheme for DDA L Zone plots were made available to all very long ago. It was back in 1981, that the housing ministry had approved the sanction of those homes. But after this scheme was launched in that very year, the plot owner were not too amused because they were under this impression that the real estate builders had announced this scheme from being pulled up in the Supreme Court, back then 37 years ago.

DDA’s satisfied expressions were captured and the tweeted by the home affairs ministry about the approval and allotment of those 15000 flats or a new town. The Delhi Housing Society is leaving no stone unturned and is putting in all its efforts about the Delhi Housing Scheme & to provide economical homes to all the sections of people, without any biased decision.

Now the people are waiting for the possession of these allotments of homes that the DDA has approved. Although it has been rest assured by the vice president of DDA that the possession holders will securely get their homes by the end of January 2018. Now this has to bee seen that whether actually people get their plot possession by this time or not. Now the other side is that the plot owners are waiting from past three decades for the possession of their homes, which have yet not been handed to them. It is already April 2018.
