The insurance policies can be concluded on-site in the Flanco network of stores throughout the country at the time of purchase for a 12 or 24 month period.

The insurance available in Flanco stores covers two of the most common risks: accidental damage, in which case the insurer either repairs or replaces the product with a new one, and theft in serious circumstances - whether it is burglary or dispossession through threats or violence, in which case the appliance is replaced. In both situations, the accessories supplied with the purchased product are also replaced. The insurance is valid even if the incidents occurred outside the territory of Romania, anywhere in the world, within 30 consecutive days from the moment of leaving the country.
