Veljko Kopjar is a well-educated, certified project manager based in Washington. He currently works with the Sarah Cannon Research Institute where he manages clinical trials in the field of oncology. In this capacity he is in charge of ensuring that clinical studies are conducted according to regulations and within budgets and timelines. He joined the institute in 2016.

Veljko Kopjar has extensive knowledge of account management, clinical research, business development, and project management. He has traveled to many countries and holds permanent approval to work in the United States, European Union, and the entire European Economic Area. He is proficient in Croatian, Norwegian, and English.

About Veljko Kopjar

Veljko Kopjar served Nor Consult, LLC as Business Developer and Project Manager from 2011 to 2016. Nor Consult is a CRO that specializes in orthopedic, spine and spinal cord research. It conducts trials per FDA, Health Canada and regulations set forth by the European National Competent Authorities. During his time with the company Veljko managed both device and drug trials. He holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Marist College. He also has certificates in Lean/Design for Six Sigma Green Belt and Advanced Project Management (Stanford University). He enjoys developing strong professional relationships and is in contact with a number of stakeholders on a global level.
