Marion Threatt has comprehensive experience in telecom tower development as well as in real estate industry for more than a decade. He is quite proficient in building relationships and executing business communications with his clients. In his career, he has gain a competitive edge in the emerging market conditions in real estate industry and cell phone development industry. Marion has a strong background in developing effective business management strategies.

Currently, Marion Threatt is working as the board member in Signal Source LLC that develops cell phone telecommunication towers in New York Southern area. Marion Threatt has the ability to solve the problems, believe in teamwork, has strong communication skills, and possess social and networking skills. With his proficiency, he is attempting to achieve higher heights as a mentor, which allows him to influence those whose life has no a positivity and motivation.

From February 1999 until November 2004, Marion started working with Pinnacle Homes LLC. There, Marion’s primary focus was on building residential homes. Moreover, he is also working with Crest Construction LLC, which runs land development projects for residential, commercial and industrial sites.

Marion Threatt completed his academics from the University of Memphis as bachelors of Business Management. He is a minor in Psychology and holds Masters in Business Management.
