The area of North Bay Ontario has developed into a significant production center. Trillium will construct the area’s first purpose-built and dedicated studio complex. The facility will include 15,000 square feet of production office space; two 20,000 square ft. professional sound stages plus a 30,000 square ft. structure featuring standing sets and an LED Stage. The studio, located within city limits and bordering a small lake, will be built respecting the environmental beauty of the area. Buildings will feature living walls and solar power collection.
