Its cladding is 9mm fibre cement placed over a drained and ventilated cavity for effective ventilation. For bracing integrity and water tightness, A-line Construction uses RAB pre-cladding.

To dampen ambient noise, A-Space has suspended acoustic ceilings. Walls also get acoustic treatment with Autex composition board and Autex Dado carpet.
